METTA Association© Introduces Bridge the G. A. P.
(Generating Accurate Perceptions)
Newsletter and Ongoing Program Promoting Awareness and Educating Communities with Concentrated Efforts on Reducing Stigma Concerning Mental Health Issues
Dallas, TX June 30, 2020 – METTA Association©, a non-profit mental health advocacy organization devoted to enriching the lives of those affected and impacted by mental illness, is formally announcing the launch of Bridge the G. A. P. newsletter and continuously developing community and peer involvement project.
One of the primary goals for Bridge the G. A. P. is to increase community support backed by METTA Association’s mission “to advance human rights and diminish stigma via service, advocacy, education, and enlightenment . . .”
METTA Association© proposes projects that deal with stigma, disparity, alienation, and other factors related to mental health issues and “. . . .We are enthusiastic about this budding endeavor as it promotes joy, thriving, wellness, and recovery. . .” proclaimed METTA Association© Founder George Brooks.
All members of the organization and associated partners share in the founder’s excitement of this great undertaking.
Through creative and unique methods, METTA Association© proposes to Bridge the G. A. P. Generating. Accurate. Perceptions.
METTA Association© (www.mettaassociation.org) is an emerging grassroots organization committed to service and advocacy for individuals impacted by mental illness in the greater Dallas – Fort Worth area with programs that are local in focus and nationwide in impact.
